Salary - £31,000 per annum

We are looking for a results-driven, strategic, and client-focused Conference and Events Sales Manager to lead and drive event sales. In this role, you will generate new business, manage key client relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities for conferences, meetings, and special events.

  • Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)

Your role:

As a Conference and Events Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, securing new bookings, and working closely with clients to create outstanding events.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive conference and event sales, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders.
  • Managing the full sales process, from initial inquiries and proposals to contract negotiation and final confirmation.
  • Conducting site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote the hotel’s event spaces and services.
