Manchester Enterprise Academy is looking for an Early Help Practitioner to join their team. This full-time, fixed-term role starts in September 2026 and ends in August 2027. You will assist pupils and families in engaging with support services to enhance their learning experience and wellbeing.
The position requires the ability to conduct assessments and develop support plans, along with holding an NVQ L4 in Health & Social Care. A full UK driving license is essential. The salary ranges from £33,143 to £36,363 FTE, with a starting pro rata salary of £28,507.
