We’re looking for a Developing Young Leaders Pioneer to help create a culture where young people are encouraged to step up, discover their gifts and explore God’s calling on their lives.
The heart of this role is about equipping young leaders - you’ll launch and lead a new annual conference and year-long opportunity for young leaders aged 15–18. You’ll connect young leaders across the diocese, develop resources for churches and schools, and work with colleagues to open up exciting new pathways into leadership.
This is a role for someone who can inspire, connect and innovate. Someone who believes in young people, sees their potential and wants to create opportunities for them to lead and flourish.
