The role
The role
Reporting directly to the Head of SEO, this is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for planning and delivering effective SEO strategies to impact our client’s bottom line.
- Lead on number of priority clients
- A mix of e-commerce and lead-generation, local businesses, through to multinational organisations
- Overseeing all areas of SEO but hands on with technical, strategy and client communication
- Working closely with the Digital PR team
- On-going training, conferences etc (nobody can know everything)
- Support the wider team with their clients, training and development

The requirements
The requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an SEO role
- Experience speaking with clients and/or internal stakeholders
- Evidence of delivering successful SEO campaigns
- Strong technical SEO knowledge
- Able to conduct thorough technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
- Ability to conduct forensic keyword research and gap analysis
- Understand the balance of ‘traditional’ SEO and the future of SEO including generative AI and LLMs
- Proficiency working with tools such as SEMush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, AccuRanker, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Experience demonstrating the impact of SEO performance to clients and stakeholders through reporting and meetings.
- Be organised, manage your time, and forensic in your approach
- Have pride in your work
- Never stop learning attitude
Preferred but not required:
- Ambitious about speaking in front of an audience at industry events
- Help the team upskill through innovation
- International SEO experience
- Experience in winning new business pitches
- Experience working as part of an agency
