Having historically outsourced their technology function, this business is now at the beginning of a very exciting digital transformation which will see them bring everything in-house.
You'd join a brand-new and evolving team responsible for the design and development of greenfield applications and services which will be used across the entire business group. You'd be given the opportunity to help shape their approach to software development in an environment where teamwork and collaboration is valued above all else.
You can expect to be building cloud-native microservices and using techniques like Pair Programming, TDD, and CI/CD.
