This is a Low Code Software Developer role in HMCTS Digital Technology Services (DTS), helping build and support enterprise‑grade low‑code solutions that keep live operations running smoothly. You’ll sit in the Tooling Team, supporting business‑critical products used day‑to‑day by Live Operations, including Ardoq, Dynatrace, Jira/Confluence and HaloITSM.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building, maintaining and documenting low‑code solutions (to internal standards)
  • Testing, quality assurance and taking part in reviews to improve quality
  • Designing and developing solutions from user stories
  • Building and testing system interfaces and integrations
  • Supporting and maintaining software (with limited out‑of‑hours support when needed)
  • Keeping a strong focus on security, confidentiality and data integrity
  • Improving ways of working and contributing to delivery planning
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and sharing technical knowledge
  • Supporting recruitment and procurement activity when required
