You’ll lead a key product area within a major Oracle Fusion ERP platform used by over 50,000 colleagues, focusing on improving user experience at scale. Rather than building from scratch, this role is about optimising, evolving and improving a complex system, making it simpler, more accessible and more effective for its users. Working at a senior level, you’ll set direction, influence decisions and champion user‑centred thinking in a high‑impact, regulated environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and shaping the product vision and direction
- Leading delivery teams and setting priorities based on user needs and data
- Managing the full product lifecycle (discovery through to live)
- Improving user journeys, reducing friction and increasing accessibility
- Using insights, analytics and user feedback to drive decisions
- Creating and managing roadmaps, backlogs and release plans
- Collaborating with stakeholders and influencing senior decision‑makers
- Ensuring products meet GDS standards and accessibility requirements
- Supporting and mentoring other product managers
