Absolute Nexa is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to lead the creative heart of our digital studio - helping to shape and elevate digital experiences that not only look outstanding but deliver real business impact. As Senior Digital Designer, you’ll be:
- Driving high-end creative direction across digital projects - from strategy and concept through to delivery
- Creating bold, original digital experiences that are grounded in solid UX thinking and user-centred design
- Designing responsive experiences across web and mobile platforms that support both client goals and user needs
- Exploring and prototyping with emerging tech, tools and generative AI to enhance creative quality and design workflows
- Owning and evolving digital design standards and components used across long-term platform projects
- Presenting creative and UX decisions with clarity - to internal teams, stakeholders and clients
- Mentoring junior designers and collaborating closely with clients, developers and brand creatives to align strategy, design and delivery across every project
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital design, with strong creative and UX foundations
- A portfolio that demonstrates great visual design, innovative thinking and thoughtful UX solutions
- Extensive expertise in Figma (or equivalent design tools) - including wireframes, prototypes and design systems
- A natural eye for detail, typography, layout and motion
- A user-centred approach with the ability to turn insights into design solutions
- Strong communication skills and confidence selling in ideas
- A continuous interest in new technologies and creative workflows, including AI-enabled design enhancements
