What You’ll Be Doing
- Set clear delivery plans, including milestones, ownership, timelines and dependencies
- Keep work moving at pace by removing blockers and preventing drift or unmanaged scope
- Ensure teams understand priorities, commitments and what success looks like
- Coordinate technical, operational and business stakeholders to support timely delivery
- Engage the right people at the right time, avoiding hand‑off gaps and ownership confusion
- Clarify roles and responsibilities where work crosses teams or workstreams
- Actively manage risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining a live RAID log
- Apply proportionate delivery approaches (milestone‑based, phased or iterative), introducing sprint‑based delivery where appropriate
- Ensure solutions transition smoothly into live service, with clear ownership, documentation and support in place
