About The Job

Job summary

Across government, enterprise platforms such as Salesforce are central to delivering modern, user-focused and data-driven services. As organisations increase their reliance on digital platforms to support critical business functions, effective product leadership is essential to ensure investment delivers measurable value, supports user needs and drives continuous improvement. Ofgem plays a vital role in the UK's energy system, protecting consumers and enabling a more secure, fair and sustainable energy future, and the effective development of its digital platforms is critical to delivering this mission.

Ofgem is on an ambitious transformation journey. Within the Digital, Data and Security Services (DDSS) directorate, we are expanding and maturing our Salesforce capability through the Salesforce Centre of Enablement (CoE). This includes developing a strategic roadmap for Salesforce, enhancing customer and colleague experiences, and ensuring the platform delivers value across a complex and evolving organisation.

As a Lead Product Manager (Salesforce), you will be responsible for the vision, strategy and lifecycle management of Ofgem's Salesforce platform. You will lead product planning and prioritisation, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects and suppliers to ensure the platform evolves in line with user needs and organisational objectives.

This is a senior, high-impact leadership role requiring strong product management expertise, strategic thinking and the ability to influence across complex business and technology environments.
