Play a key role in shaping services that support law enforcement and border security. The Home Office is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to lead complex projects and drive meaningful improvements at scale.

About The Role

You’ll work within Home Office Biometrics, helping to deliver technology and data solutions that support policing and national security outcomes. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll lead business analysis across large, complex projects, ensuring solutions are aligned to user needs and strategic goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across government, influencing decisions, shaping service design, and supporting the evolution of critical systems. Hybrid working is available, with around 60% of time spent in the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading business analysis across large and complex projects
  • Defining problems, shaping solutions and influencing project scope
  • Aligning services with business strategy and user needs
