They’re well-funded and are looking to scale from R&D to Product, so this is an opportunity to build something entirely new and make a positive impact in the world.
You’ll report directly to the CTO and will be given the opportunity to hire a team. You’ll be responsible for helping to scale the company by playing a key role in shaping their architecture, standards, hiring, culture, and product direction from day one.
You should also expect to work across the full stack and every stage of the product lifecycle, from system design through to build, test, deployment and supporting systems in production, so you should be skilled in practices like TDD, CI/CD, IaC and Observability.
Skills:
- TypeScript / Node.js
- AWS or GCP
In return, you’ll be given real ownership in an early-stage start-up environment where you can shape direction and genuinely make an impact. The money is good too – up to £100k plus benefits including 30 days AL.
