The Business Analyst bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They are responsible for understanding the business goals, target operating models, processes, and challenges and then translating these into clear, outcome focussed requirements for delivery by NS&I’s strategic partners. Their role is to ensure that business objectives are understood and met through the most effective use of technology and processes.
The Business Analyst performs an influential role within the Business Transformation Programme, providing project scope definition, process modelling, gap analysis, requirements definition, feasibility assessments, and support for funding approvals and benefits realisation.
