What You’ll Do
- Identify new business opportunities while expanding and enhancing existing ones, building a strong pipeline within your specialty area.
- Use your understanding of the competitive landscape to position our products and services strategically.
- Develop pursuit plans and work closely with account managers to ensure pipeline alignment.
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with clients by understanding their unique industry challenges and business needs.
- Contribute to proposals, support negotiations, and help close deals.
- Partner with account managers to provide technical expertise and engage with clients—including C‑level leaders—particularly for more complex solutions.
- Drive growth across mid‑size accounts, focusing on contractual renewals and higher total‑value opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to anticipate customer needs and create compelling solutions.
- Share knowledge and best practices to improve sales readiness and reduce client learning curves.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success delivering against progressively higher sales quotas.
- At least 2+ years of advanced sales experience.
- Strong vertical industry expertise.
- Deep understanding of our products, services, and competitive offerings.
- Ability to integrate market and industry insights into a consultative selling approach.
- Proven negotiation skills and a strong track record of closing deals.
- Ability to translate product knowledge into clear business value for customers.
- Strong prospecting and opportunity‑development skills within existing accounts.
- Experience guiding deals through the full sales cycle—including supporting or completing the close.
- Professionalism in sharing service‑related insights with account teams and clients.
- Understanding of channel dynamics and how to grow partner‑driven sales.
- Regular use of Siebel or similar CRM tools for accurate forecasting and opportunity management.
- Knowledge of industry trends, partner/ISV solutions, and strategic approaches to product‑led services.
