About The Role
As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our Business Growth portfolio leadership team, helping shape how we design, build and run services that support businesses across the UK and beyond. You’ll lead and empower multidisciplinary teams, owning a sub-portfolio and driving delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment. This is a high-impact role where you’ll set direction, bring people together and turn challenges into meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap across your portfolio
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary, agile teams
- Champion user‑centred, outcome‑focused delivery
- Coach and mentor product managers at all levels
- Work with senior stakeholders to set priorities and drive decisions
- Use data and insight to shape products and improve outcomes
- Collaborate across teams to solve complex challenges
- Communicate clearly with senior leaders across DBT and government
- Support hiring and development of diverse, high‑performing teams
- Help teams overcome blockers and deliver value at pace
