An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Experience team working with a high profile client. The role of AV Engineer is a technical position that requires the individual to possess a basic understanding of this area of expertise, as well as business objectives and system requirements. Candidates must possess an effective blend of work experience, education and training in all essential functions. This role is fully onsite in Barrow-In-Furness with possibility of relocation allowance if required.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).
Your role:
- Point of contact for Conference Room queries
- Complete monthly audits (50% of estate)
- Ensure all Incident Management and IMAC Completion is to SLA
- Complete Non Standard Requests and Project Tasks/Quotes to completion and within agreed timescales
- Maintain End User Guides

Your skills and experience:
- Expected to have experience in a related IT role (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate a level of competency through implementation of medium level fixes

Your security clearance:
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
