The Ministry of Justice is recruiting an Associate Product Manager to join its Criminal Justice System (CJS) Spine team, a small, ambitious group working at the heart of one of the most complex systems in government.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Spend time with frontline staff and users, understanding how services work in reality
- Identify the problems that matter most and help shape them into clear product opportunities
- Turn insights into hypotheses and ideas, testing what works through pilots and experimentation
- Help prioritise what the team builds, focusing on impact, evidence and user needs
