Position: Teaching Assistant: Enrichment and Inclusion OfficerEducation

Stage: Primary

Subject Area: Whole School

Minimum Experience: No previous experience required

Working Hours Per Week: 37.5

Working Pattern: Mon - Thurs, 10am - 6pm. Fri , 9am-5pm

Skills and Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in working with primary-aged children
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from teaching staff
  • Basic organisational skills to support enrichment activities
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding towards diverse needs of pupils
