As a Director of Pastoral Care & Achievement, you will play a central role in this next chapter. You will ensure that the children’s pastoral needs are met to provide a platform for educational excellence. You will hold strategic oversight of the year group ensuring that all students are equipped to thrive within MCA and in life beyond.
