  • Support the contract management of the Traffic and Transport contract to ensure full compliance with the contract by the contractor.
  • Administer staffing schedules, purchase orders and reconciliation reports to enable efficient processing and accurate record-keeping.

  • Collect, analyse and interpret survey data to inform sustainable travel initiatives and improve traffic and transport operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g. TfGM, Manchester City Council, Greater Manchester Police, and other campus venues) to shape a best-in-class parking and transport plan for the Etihad Campus.
  • Provide input and expertise to infrastructure and technology projects with traffic or transport impacts, ensuring operations are considered at every stage.
