As a Concierge Protocol Executive, you’ll manage and optimise hospitality and general admission allocations for MCFC and Co‑op Live, ensuring maximum utilisation and minimal wastage. You’ll also play a key role in supporting home matches and live events.

Responsibilities

  • Allocation: Implement processes to release unused allocations promptly; manage ticket holding and distribution for each event in a timely and organised manner; support the business in developing ticketing strategies for key fixtures and events.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct quarterly reviews of demand and usage, identifying patterns, trends, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Process Design: Ensure full visibility of inventory usage and track usage to inform future decisions; establish guiding principles for internal allocations; encourage forward planning by departments to optimise inventory management.
  • Stakeholder: Collaborate with Co‑op Live teams and other key internal departments.
  • Guest Experience: Act as a liaison between internal allocations and the Protocol team to enhance business benefits.
  • Event Ticketing Expertise: Maintain knowledge of current pricing models for Co‑op Live boxes including Etihad inventory; support departments in planning requests aligned with business objectives; reallocate unused tickets for internal rewards, staff incentives, supplier engagement, or sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident working with senior stakeholders.
  • High-level IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong administrative skills and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of multiple ticketing systems (GA, Co‑opLive, Links and Hospitality).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Flexible, proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
  • Team player with a collaborative, helpful and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Individual and team approach to work.
