The Role
As a key member of the Partnerships Operations Team, you will play a central role in the delivery of contracted Partner rights across MCFC and MCWFC. You’ll be responsible for supporting execution across all assets, ensuring the highest possible standard. Working closely with the Sales and Relationship teams, you will help establish and maintain efficient processes and best-in-class operational practices to deliver value for both the Club and its commercial partners.
Your Impact
- Ticketing & Hospitality Coordination - Work closely with the Matchday Ticketing and Hospitality teams to ensure the fulfilment of all Partner contracted and non-contracted ticketing requirements.
- Partner Branding Delivery & Inventory Management - Assist in the delivery and implementation of all Partner branding. Maintain and update documentation to accurately track inventory and usage.
- New Assets - Support the development of the new assets workstream by scoping ideas, assessing feasibility, and contributing to their introduction to partners and prospects.
- Partner Events & Activations - Support and, where appropriate, lead on the planning and delivery of Partner non-matchday events, ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Matchday Operations - Be an integral member of the Matchday Operations Team, contributing to the planning and delivery of Partner activations including Blue Carpet experiences, pitch‑side rights and branding refreshes, other on‑day operational duties as required.
- Team Support & Flexibility - Support other areas within the Operations team as needed, maintaining flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and projects within the department’s remit.
What we are looking for
- Educated to degree level
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sports entity/agency/rights holder, working in sports marketing, sponsorship activation or club operations linked to partnerships
- Experience in partner rights execution and delivery
- Commitment to working match days as and when required
- Events organisation
- Corporate level client service skills and experience managing internal and external relationships
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a practical approach to problem solving
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- Process oriented and able to prioritise tasks
- Team player
- Professional and approachable manner
Desirable
- Match day operations experience
- Experience with corporate management systems at a user level (CRM, ERP)
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
