Your Impact
- Create a short-list and evidenced recommendation of U13-U16 national talent to sign.
- Ensure effective profiling and due-diligence to inform 360 review of target players.
- Market intelligence gathering to support recruitment of U13-U16 talent.
- Attendance of games/coverage by video, compiles scouting reports to present/share updates on a weekly basis.
- Cross-checking support to short-list U13-U16 talent.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent identification/scouting.
- Established knowledge of U13-U16 UK Market.
- Continuous appetite to learning and open minded.
- Versatile and adaptable, flexibility across various working patterns.
- Utilisation of data and insights.
- Experience working within other sections of football (coaching, analysis, senior).
