We’re looking for a Venue Sales Executive to support the continued growth of Manchester City’s non-matchday events, helping customers bring their events to life at one of football’s most iconic venues. This is a people-focused, detail-driven role where you’ll manage inbound enquiries, plan memorable experiences and work closely with colleagues across the Club to deliver exceptional events. Whether customers are booking celebrations, corporate occasions or non-matchday experiences, you’ll play a key role in shaping how they experience Manchester City.

This is Your City

Your Impact
- Manage inbound enquiries for Manchester City non-matchday events, creating clear, engaging proposals.
- Arrange and host client show-rounds and meetings to understand customer requirements and tailor event packages accordingly.
- Produce booking confirmations in line with company standards, ensuring that all agreed costs, requirements and minimum numbers are documented.
- Ensure that pre-payments are obtained within the contracted timescales as per venue terms.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of the venue operation to include knowledge of the stadium’s products and services.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.
- Be flexible to support events outside standard office hours during busy periods, particularly around live event delivery.
What we are looking for

- Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once.
- A collaborative, team-focused approach with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend event delivery.
- Beneficial but not essential; Experience in sales, events, hospitality or customer-facing roles / Knowledge of stadium, venue or live event operations.
