Manchester City is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Executive to support the delivery of best‑in‑class fan engagement campaigns across email, app push notifications, SMS and other direct channels. Based at our Manchester HQ, this role sits within a fast‑paced marketing environment focused on personalised fan communication. You’ll take ownership of building, deploying and optimising campaigns across CRM platforms, helping drive engagement, revenue and long‑term supporter loyalty. Please be aware, this role is a fixed term contract until the end of February 2027.
Your Impact
- Build and deploy campaigns across email, app push, SMS and other lifecycle channels.
- Execute segmented, personalised communications aligned to fan journeys and engagement strategies.
- Work within CRM platforms (e.g. Braze or equivalent) to build and schedule campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver campaign briefs accurately and on time.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure all activity aligns to key operational moments (e.g. matchdays, launches, retail activations).
- Monitor performance metrics and provide commentary on campaign effectiveness.
- Support ongoing optimisation of lifecycle marketing strategies.
What we are looking for
- Experience working within a CRM or lifecycle marketing role.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying email campaigns (and ideally push/SMS communications).
- Understanding of segmentation and fan/customer journeys.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working with stakeholders and building effective working relationships.
- Comfortable reviewing data and understanding key KPIs.
