The key purpose of the Inside Sales Coordinator role is to support the Hospitality Sales Department in generating revenue through outbound/inbound sales campaigns and help to deliver customer experiences on matchdays. In addition, the Inside Sales Coordinator generates revenue across other sales platforms such as Women’s Hospitality, Venue Sales, CFA Events and Stadium Tours.
Responsibilities include:
- Sales of match-by-match Hospitality to both businesses and the general public via telephone and face-to-face meetings.
- Outbound communications with new and previous business to drive match-by-match sales.
- Meet and exceed established weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture, and database management.
- Create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities.
