You will support the delivery of high‑quality account management and customer service across premium hospitality customers, helping to create engaging and memorable experiences throughout the season. Working across football fixtures, concerts and major stadium events, you will build positive relationships with customers while supporting retention and ongoing account engagement. Alongside customer relationship management, you will contribute to the coordination of hospitality activity across matchdays and event days, supporting guest experiences, operational delivery and communication across multiple teams. You will help ensure customers receive timely information, professional support and a consistent experience across all touchpoints. You will also support account administration and operational coordination, maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with Premium Sales, Hospitality Operations and Service Support teams. Through your organisation, communication and customer‑focused approach, you will help contribute to the continued success of Manchester City’s premium hospitality offering.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience within account management, customer service, hospitality or sales support environments
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • High attention to detail and ability to organise multiple priorities effectively
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, booking systems or operational tools
  • Collaborative approach within customer‑facing and operational environments
