b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the commercial performance of Manchester City’s Visitor Attractions, shaping secondary-spend activities across souvenir photography, guidebooks and vending. You’ll partner with Hotel, F B, Conferences Events, Product, Sales and Marketing to create seamless, bookable customer journeys and drive revenue while delivering an outstanding visitor experience. You’ll oversee the souvenir photography operation, supplier relationships and sales initiatives, turning insights into measurable commercial outcomes.
