City Football Group is looking for a People Data Solutions Analyst to support high-quality reporting and data delivery across our People Services function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who is curious, detail-driven and keen to develop hands‑on experience with data, dashboards and emerging tools including Power BI, Python and AI. You’ll play a key role in keeping our people data accurate, accessible and impactful, while learning quickly in a supportive, modern analytics environment.

Your Impact
- Maintain and refresh core dashboards and reporting packs used across the People organisation.
- Deliver day‑to‑day reporting requests through the ticketing system, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Support data preparation, reconciliation and validation across People datasets.
- Run routine data quality checks and flag issues or inconsistencies.
- Assist with the development and testing of new analytics products and datasets.
- Use AI tools to support summarisation, documentation and quality checks.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, data definitions and dictionaries.
- Support workflow automation and updates to data assets as required.
What we are looking for
- A genuine interest in data, analytics, AI and problem‑solving.
- Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to learn Power BI, SQL and Python.
- Clear communication skills and confidence supporting internal stakeholders.
- Organised, curious and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
- Bonus: Exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python or AI tools, and/or experience working with HR or operational data.
