Manchester City Council is seeking an exceptional Strategic Lead to own and transform highways maintenance, streetworks and inspection services across neighbourhoods. Lead a major service redesign, drive performance and build a high-performing culture focused on safety, value for money and excellent resident outcomes.
You will report to the Head of Highways Operations, steward large budgets, engage with partners and ensure delivery of sustainable improvements aligned to council priorities.
