Manchester City Council is seeking a proactive Visitor Information Manager for the Manchester Central Library. You will lead a team within the Visitor Information Centre, ensuring residents, visitors and tourists receive accurate, inspiring and welcoming support while helping them discover Manchester's rich culture and heritage.
You will develop partnerships with cultural organisations, attractions and tourism providers; launch new retail products; and drive initiatives that enhance visitor experience.
