- Serve lunches to pupils and staff.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety and allergen procedures.
- Wash up and maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment.
- Monitor food temperatures and complete required records.
- Manage stock appropriately and report any shortages.
- Contribute to a calm, welcoming dining environment.
