The Community Alarm and Technology Enabled Care Team is seeking a Coordinator to join the service. The Community Alarm and Technology Enabled Care Team installs and monitors various pieces of technology in over 4,300 vulnerable customers' homes across the city. This is a front-line 24-hour service operating 365 days per week. As a service, we are audited annually by the Telecare Services Association, which is an external body. The candidate will be expected to be Duty On Call Manager out of office hours for 1 week in 4 paid at On Call Rate of pay.

Requirements

  • Driving Licence – You must always hold a full valid driving licence;
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Clearance - This post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (amended in 2013). Appointable candidates will be required to apply for an Enhanced DBS check. Information provided by you or the DBS will be dealt with in a confidential manner and in accordance with the DBS Code of Practice.
