Manchester City Council is seeking an accommodation support worker to assist residents in Brownley Road with budgeting, benefits and accessing housing services. You will run support sessions, help residents with forms, budgeting and ID, and create personalised support plans.
You will also help maintain the building and use IT systems to record case notes and outcomes, including Liquid Logic and Hpa2, within a fast-paced, empathetic team.
