Manchester City Council has an opening for an Inclusion and Intervention Specialist to lead our Direction Room, a dedicated behaviour and inclusion provision. You will mentor students, deliver restorative interventions, and collaborate with families and external agencies to support learning and re-engagement.

We seek a resilient, organised professional with GCSEs and strong ICT/communication skills to drive positive outcomes for pupils with behavioural and pastoral needs.
