Manchester City Council is seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our fostering team in Greater Manchester. The role focuses on providing high-quality support, guidance and supervision to established foster carers and their placements.
You will manage a caseload of approved foster carers, helping them provide safe, nurturing and therapeutic homes for children and young people, while developing carers through ongoing supervision and professional collaboration with safeguarding.
