Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a social work team ensuring services are effective and deliver positive outcomes for children and families.
- Coordinate with partners, contributing to a child‑centred, whole‑family approach.

- Lead impactful work to improve children’s lives while developing professional skills.
- Gain experience across case types – placements, foster care, etc. – and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3 years’ reference history where possible.
- Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Medical Clearance: Pre‑placement health assessment (PPHA).
- Full valid driving licence and own car (designated Essential Car User). Essential Car User Allowance provided.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
