Mill Falls Montessori Chartered Public School is seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori Assistant Teachers to join our vibrant public elementary school team.

Mill Falls' Assistant Teachers support the work of the classroom's Lead Montessori Teacher by assisting in the preparation and maintenance of our public Montessori classroom environment. Working in collaboration with the Lead Teacher, the Assistant Teacher is responsible for the academic, personal, and social achievement, safety, and physical well-being of the children under her/his supervision.

Assistant Teachers must possess a high level of professionalism and desire to expand one’s abilities in the education field. In this role, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning environment based on Montessori principles. Your enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children and your commitment to fostering their independence, curiosity, and development will help lay a strong foundation for their future learning journey.
