Overview

Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Director, this role is working on a full time, permanent basis. Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering tactical, brand-led marketing and communications plans aligned to business strategy
  • Leading a multi-channel content strategy, creating engaging written, visual and digital content
  • Managing social media channels and paid social campaigns, monitoring performance and sentiment
  • Supporting thought leadership, media activity, award submissions and bid documentation
  • Delivering tactical campaign communications and tracking KPIs to enhance audience engagement
  • Key contact for internal communications, incoming enquiries and tactical media liaison

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience developing and delivering content management strategies
  • Strong multi-format content creation experience, including video and digital content
  • Proven experience managing social media presence and profiles
  • Experience working within a busy marketing and communications function

Requirements

You must:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication, with strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Be confident using video, graphics and editing software
