The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

This role is working on a full time, permanent basis. Mostly working Monday to Friday, however, flexibility of working hours in line with business needs is also a requirement. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the development and execution of products and packages in order to attract new business to Runway Visitor Park and ensure ambitious growth targets are delivered.
  • Adopting a clear and strategic approach to diary management, ensuring that all events sold drive venue utilisation whilst optimising yield management.
  • Actively seek and support marketing opportunities for the venue working closely with the inhouse marketing team.
  • Managing the Sales and Event Executive.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong track record in sales with a solid background in event delivery and logistics.
  • A passion for the sales and events industry.
  • A strong commercial mind and be able to identify opportunities for revenue growth and then strategically plan to deliver on these opportunities.
  • The ability to manage their time effectively.

You must:

  • Be proactive and hardworking.
  • Be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills; precision in producing detailed operational plans.

This is a multifaceted role which involves sales strategy, financial planning and forecasting, marketing and communications and operational delivery.
