Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager, this role is working on a full time, permanent basis. Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to contract close.
- Creating bespoke proposals, quotations and contracts in line with commercial and pricing guidelines.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies and partners, identifying upsell and growth opportunities.
- Developing and delivering a corporate sales strategy in collaboration with the Senior Account Manager to retain and attract business.
- Proactively identifying and securing new corporate opportunities, making commercially informed decisions that support venue performance and wider economic impact.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience identifying and winning new business within a structured sales environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and producing accurate sales reporting.
- An understanding of the events or hospitality industry from a sales and/or operational perspective.
You must:
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills at all levels.
- Be commercially astute with the ability to balance strategic objectives and client needs.
- Be a collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
