Reporting directly to QSHE Manager, this role is full time, permanent. It combines health & safety knowledge and first aid competence (FREC 3) to support events and business operational needs. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop the event safety team.
  • Ensure all accident and incident reports are completed and recorded factually.
  • Create event safety team rosters, ensuring a sufficient number of first aiders on site.
  • Complete medical risk assessments and deployment plans for events.
  • Provide first aid provision during event build, live, and breakdown.
  • Work with venue Event Managers, providing safety and support and distributing safety equipment and signage.

Qualifications

  • First responder emergency care qualification (FREC 3) with a desire to progress to FREC 4.
  • Experience administering First Aid treatment.
  • Ability to supervise a team or colleagues.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively utilise IT applications and systems including Excel and Word.

  • Passion for delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
