Reporting directly to the Head of IT, this role is working on a full time, permanent basis. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Taking ownership of core business applications, ensuring they are effectively supported, maintained and continuously improved.
  • Managing application support, resolving issues and liaising with external suppliers where required.
  • Supporting and enhancing reporting, analytics and AI-enabled solutions to deliver business insight.
  • Identifying and delivering system and process improvements that increase efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver system changes, enhancements and new solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience supporting and managing business-critical applications.
  • Experience working with data, reporting, system integrations and business intelligence solutions.
  • A proven ability to identify and deliver system or process improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple business functions.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills.
  • Experience with ERP, event management or finance systems, and tools such as SQL, Power BI or similar.

You must:

  • Be able to take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understand how business systems, data and integrations support operational processes.
  • Be comfortable working with AI-enabled technologies and emerging digital solutions.
