Overview
Join to apply for the Customer Adviser role at Manchester Building Society. We are opening our first Manchester branch as part of the Newcastle Building Society Group, providing savings, mortgages and financial guidance with personal service on the high street.
As a Customer Adviser, you will engage with customers daily, listen to their financial needs and goals, and help them with face-to-face guidance and services.
Responsibilities
- Open and set up tills and prepare the branch for the day
- Manage customer appointments and process transactions at the counter
- Assist with opening savings accounts and cash handling (cashing up and closing at day end)
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with face-to-face financial guidance
- Work closely with branch colleagues to meet customer needs
- Support community engagement and local relationship building
Hours
The role is 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 7.30am – 6.30pm, plus Saturdays on a rota between 8.30am – 1.30pm.
