About The Role: As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Quoted Works & Project Coordination
- Coordinate all approved quoted works across contract and projects
- Manage variations, additional works, and small projects from approval through to completion
- Ensure works are closed out with the correct documentation and evidence
- Planning & Resource Coordination
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and materials for quoted works
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to confirm availability and lead times
- Arrange access, permits, RAMS, and site requirements
- Support forward planning and workload forecasting
- Technical & Operational Support
- Review scopes of works prior to scheduling to ensure clarity
- Liaise with technical teams to confirm appropriate trades and competencies
- Support contract and project managers with updates and reporting
- Identify and elevate risks, delays, or resource constraints
- Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with clients regarding scheduling and delivery of approved works
- Provide clear updates on progress, changes, or delays
- Coordinate communication between site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Systems, Reporting & Administration
- Raise, manage, and close works via CAFM or project management systems
- Maintain accurate records for job status, costs, and completion
- Track backlog, work-in-progress, and completion performance
- Ensure information supports invoicing, audits, and contract reporting
What are we looking for?
- Experience within Facilities Management, building services, or construction support
- Experience coordinating quoted works, variations, or project activities
- Understanding of FM contracts and approval processes
- Experience using CAFM or similar systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
