About The Role
Purpose of role
To provide general administrative support to the business, assisting with day to day office tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in administration.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600
Main duties
- Answering calls and emails in a professional manner
- Data entry and maintaining accurate electronic filing, scanning, and document management
- Assisting with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and basic correspondence
- Supporting diary management, meetings, and room bookings
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Assisting colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are followed at all times
