About The Role
Days of working: Monday - Friday
Weekends, Nights, Days
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean the reel stand areas.
- Sweeping the floors and picking up debris left (paper etc).
- Dusting the reel stand arms and cabinets and hoovering up dust.
- Cleaning under the von roll (where the reels sit when delivered, this moves forward and backwards).
- Cleaning above the hatch under the press units, again removing dust, debris etc.
- After training – providing holiday cover at reel stripping (14 weeks per year).
Essential Hiring Criteria
- Experience in cleaning tasks within a production environment would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work safely with basic health and safety competencies.
- A flexible approach and willingness to work nights if required.
- Team working skills and an ability to integrate with fellow OCS and client employees.
Future development opportunity within the role – training on AVOL, ride-on palette truck, assisting with cores.
