About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday – Friday 6am-2pm
As a Cleaning and Waste Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of cleaning and waste management operations in your area. This role involves ensuring safe working practices and company procedures are always complied with, carrying out cleaning duties and general housekeeping, and ensuring waste is moved to the correct locations across the site. Training will be provided for operating baler machines if necessary.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the smooth running of baler machines in your area (training will be provided)
- Assist with rectifying and reporting any issues arising
- Ensure safe working practices and company procedures are always complied with
- Carry out cleaning duties and general housekeeping of the baler area.
- Ensuring waste is moved to correct locations across site
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Experience with working with balers is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary.
- Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary.
- Current FLT licence is desirable
- Experience in moving waste would be desirable
- You’ll need your own transport due to site location and shift times
