As Train Cleaning Manager you will ensure that cleaning staff perform their duties efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe and hygienic environment.
Days of working: Varied shift pattern including weekends
Your key responsibilities:
- Leading a team of onboard and station cleaners.
- Supporting the team hands on when required to ensure service is maintained.
- Lead and take accountability for teams actions and performance.
- Management of team holidays and sickness.
- Ensure absences are managed according to company policy.
- Recruit, onboard and train all new starters.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Responsible for Health and Safety reporting.
- Manage payroll and queries for all staff.
- Accurate client reporting of cleans completed and any arising issues/degraded cleans.
- Comfortable with computer literacy.
Qualifications:
- You must have Right to Work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as be flexible with working hours and days.
- You will have excellent communication skills.
