OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Estimator in Building Services to review tenders, prepare pricing, and manage tender deliverables. You will lead the take-off from drawings, create estimation sheets, and coordinate with Procuring/Design teams to ensure compliant tenders.
On BIM-enabled projects, information roles and duties may be defined in PAS1192-2 or BEP, with involvement in Value Engineering and risk assessment.
